Welcome to the 'waste energy circular economy' operating at Nightcliff Markets - returning on January 11, 2026.

We are a work in progress - AVOIDING waste by dishwashing reusables. We know where we are going without knowing exactly how we will get there.

Look at that cup holding our cutlery. Why is it 'handle up'. That's because Ken's Crepes do a lot of crepes with Nutella and we like to soften it up before putting it through our commercial dishwasher before returning it to our Reusables Library.

At home, you may prefer your handles down. All good.
